Can I use my glasses prescription for contacts?

In short, the answer is no! You should not convert your eye glass prescription to your contact lens prescription. Equally, you can not change your contact lens prescription to a glasses prescription.

Then you can go anywhere that sells prescription glasses. Of course if the lenses you have are still good you can always have them put in new frames.
