Can Thanos create more resources?

Thanos wasn’t wrong. His decision to eliminate 50\% of the population instead of doubling the resources throughout the world was correct. Say he doubled the food, the oil, whatever natural resources each species needs to survive on.

Why couldnt Thanos make more resources?

He didn’t double the resources in the universe because that’s not what he’s trying to accomplish, and also because he’s an unhinged, sociopathic supervillain who is basically on a holy crusade. Thanos’ plan only has to make sense to him, and in terms of fitting his character, it’s perfect.

Could Infinity War have turned out differently?

Avengers: Infinity War could have turned out very differently. Now, directors Joe and Anthony Russo and screenwriters Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus obviously made their story choices for specific reasons, writing Avengers: Infinity War to give Thanos ultimate victory, and the Titan move makes sense within that.
