Can ultra instinct be combined with Super Saiyan blue?

Yes, Goku has mastered UI Omen and Complete Ultra Instinct, but he can’t mix it with Super Saiyan Blue. Complete Ultra instinct requires you to let your body react instead of your mind, using, or even thinking of using, a transformation like Super Saiyan Blue will basically just make everything out of whack.

Can you add Super Saiyan to ultra instinct?

With Goku going first, we get to see more of Goku’s new control of Ultra Instinct through his training with Whis. Through this we learn Goku can use it in conjunction with Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan is a power driven entirely through rage, and Ultra Instinct needs a serene mind to operate properly.
