Can we do export in Indian rupees?

There is no restriction on invoicing of export contracts in Indian Rupee. Export contracts and invoices can be denominated in Indian rupees against EXIM Bank/Government of India line of credit.

What is export realization?

RBI Extends Realisation Period Of Export Proceeds, Raises Limits of Way and Means Advances. Presently value of the goods or software exports made by the exporters is required to be realized fully and repatriated to the country within a period of 9 months from the date of exports.
