Can weak student do BCA?

Yes, you can do BCA from many universities as they consider minimum aggregate score of 45\% -60\% (varies from university to university) at 12th level (Pass) in any stream with English. Some Colleges prefer students those who have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level. you may have to qualify entrance test too.

Can I do BCA If I fail in maths?

No, for BCA or any degree , you have to qualify class XII first. and for BCA class XII with maths as one subject is essential. u shouldn’t do BCA if u failed in maths bcoz BCA is a professional course it also includes maths in 1st and 3rd yr.

Mathematics in BCA is not tough at all. BCA is a stream of Computers. So it has the subject mathematics but it will not be much tough. As we know.. Computer is also a product of calculative efforts and the first generation of compauters are made only for a Methamatical calculations which are too basic.

Hi,There is no college that offers MCA without Maths. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer application) is an Under Graduate program.The duration of the course is 3year. 1.The student must have complete +2 ro any Equivalent exam with minimum 50\% marks & also having Mathematics as a compulsory subject in the qualifying examination.

What is the eligibility criteria for BCA in 12th?

The eligible candidate should have completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board with 50\% marks and at least Math as one of the subjects in 12th, is eligible to apply for BCA. Some reputed Institution conducts entrance exam for admission to BCA course some admit on the basis of marks secured in 12th.
