You really don’t need anything asides the clothes you’re wearing and your wallet/ID. Anything else that you bring will be useless. When I did basic they took EVERYTHING I had brought with me except spare underwear – packed it away and and I got it when I graduated.

If working out is hard for you, try going to yoga or doing deep breathing and meditation. These things can help you decompress and help your body to heal from the stress. Remember: it’s okay to go out.
