Can you go to basic training with a beard?

This applies to both males and females. Do not even arrive at basic with a military style cut (Flat Top, High-and-tight, etc.). All facial hair should be shaved thoroughly before arriving at basic training. Do not wear this shirt to basic training unless you want to be yelled at by your drill sergeants.

Can u still grow your beard back when u done with boot camp in the Army?

Haircuts are a rite of passage during military basic training. Navy gals, you will get your hair cut so that it meets the preceding standards at all times. You can let your hair grow back after basic training, as long as you continue to wear it in such a way that you meet the standards while in uniform.

Why do military recruits drop out of boot camp?

All branches of the service report a variety of reasons for recruits dropping out of boot camp. Some recruits aren’t able to complete basic training for medical reasons, and some can’t get past the endurance tests that require demonstrations of physical strength.
