Can you put a 15-amp outlet on a 30-amp breaker?

Typically, a 30-amp breaker is designed for heavy-duty appliances like HVACs and water heating systems. Besides, it can only accommodate 30-amp receptacles if it’s a single-outlet circuit breaker. Then, we can use 20-amp and 15-amp receptacles on the 30-amp circuit.
