Can you switch into an AP class?

If you are taking an ap, most high schools require a permission form from your parents stating that you will not drop out and agree to the term of the selected courses. Typically strong Bs and As in regular courses will allow for you to do that.

Can you take AP classes freshman year?

Most students don’t take AP classes during their freshman year. Once your student enters sophomore year, however, they can usually start to take AP classes.
