Can you take multiple opportunity attacks?
A character can take any number of opportunity actions per round, but no more than one opportunity action during each other combatant’s turn. A character cannot take opportunity actions, including opportunity attacks, during the character’s own turn. Some creatures have an ability called threatening reach.
Does Sentinel trigger on opportunity attacks?
Sentinel does not grant an opportunity attack.
Can you take a bonus action between attacks?
No general rule allows you to insert a bonus action between attacks in a single action. You can interrupt a multiple-attack action with a bonus action/reaction only if the trigger of the bonus action/reaction is an attack, rather than the action.

Can a character make more than two opportunity attacks in D&D?
Of course, in order to use it to make more than two opportunity attacks in one round, a character would need to target multiple opponents in combat with melee attacks (two could be made from a Marked target and a second target which uses up your Reaction).
Can hydhydras attack multiple creatures at the same time?
Hydras can take more than one reaction on a single creatures turn, though. There’s a way to get 2 opportunity attacks every time a creature would otherwise provoke only one, and against the same creature.
