Can you unlock an AT phone under contract?

First, go to AT online unlocking portal and select the option “Unlock your device”. Step 2: In the next step, select Yes to specify AT customers and enter your phone number. Step 4: Once you provide the email, AT will send you an email with the link to process your unlock request within 24 hours.

Can I unlock a phone I bought from someone?

If you bought your phone used, this can pose problems when it comes to unlocking. Some carriers won’t unlock a phone unless you’ve had an account with them in the past. But not to worry, you can still use third-party unlocking services.
