Do BYU Independent Study courses transfer to BYU?

A completed general associates degree from an accredited college/university will generally fulfill most of BYU’s General Education requirements. Up to 36 semester hours of work completed through BYU Independent Study can be applied toward a BYU bachelor’s degree.
