Do flight attendants get to eat on the plane?

Many flight attendants try not to depend on the airline for food. Though airlines don’t want you to know this, you can pack your own food to eat on the flight. Many flight attendants try to do the same. And that often doesn’t mean preparing a meal at home and stowing it in their carry-on.
