Do I need AMD graphics driver if I have Nvidia?

If you want it to work best go to AMD and download the current driver for your GPU and when its done uninstall the NVidia driver since it is not needed.

Can I change my graphics card from Nvidia to AMD?

1 – Download the drivers for that card from AMD’s site. 2 – Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). 3 – Run DDU to remove the Nvidia drivers. Select “remove and shut down” since you’d be installing a new card.
