Do neutrinos experience time?
The neutrino oscillation probability is connected to mass. So although no direct measurement of the mass is available at the time, neutrinos must have mass. Another view is, neutrinos can only oscillate between different states if they experience time. If they travel at c, they do not experience time.

Yes neutrinos can be entangled. This has never been observed and is very hard to do and basically requires the MSW effect which takes place when neutrinos pass through dense matter. I have full faith that OPERA will be shown to be wrong, so I’ll refrain from speculating about the counterfactual.
