A performance-linked incentive (PLI) is a form of incentive from one entity to another, such as from the government to industries or from an employer to an employee, which is directly related to the performance or output of the recipient and which may be specified in a government scheme or a contract.

Do we get salary during Lbsnaa training?

In training, officers get ₹45,000 per month. This is not a salary per say but a “special pay advance”. Meaning thereby that LBSNAA is paying them on behalf of their cadre. And then they start receiving a salary of ₹45,000 per month.

Well, the salary hike of Infosys is not that great especially if you join as a fresher. During your training days you get a salary of around 13k excluding the house rent. Then after completion of training (which is roughly of 4 months duration), the salary becomes 22k-26k depending on the result of your training.
