Do you have to pay to go from Staten Island to Brooklyn?

Previously, drivers only paid the toll when they were traveling westbound from Brooklyn to Staten Island. Staten Island residents with an E-ZPass will pay $2.75 in each direction instead of $5.50 during one-way tolling. Toll by mail goes from $19 with one-way tolling to $9.50 under the split tolling model.
