Do you need to bring envelopes to basic training?
You can write letters to anyone you wish in basic. Bring your own paper, a couple pens, stamps, etc. You will be given a letter saying what you can and cannot bring, DO NOT BRING contraband items or expensive items with you to basic, you wont be able to use them anyway.
