Does BHA help with hyperpigmentation?

Fading pigmentation: Since they both encourage the shedding of old, discoloured dead skin cells, AHAs and BHAs work to fade dark spots and even out skin tone. That means they can both help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin firmness over time.

How many times a week should you chemically exfoliate?

Most experts advise that you exfoliate two to three times per week — as long as your skin can handle it. Chemical exfoliants tend to be fine to use more regularly.
