Does everyone do bad things in their life?

Here is the truth: People do a variety of things in their lives, for a variety of reasons. Most people will do both charitable things and destructive things in their lives. Some people do more of one than the other, but we will all do both. What’s more, people don’t always know when they do these things.

How do you accept when bad things happen?

Here are some ways to cope with misfortunes and turn them into something positive.

When we sin, we feel bad and know it’s wrong, but sometimes we do it anyway. Why do we do things we know are wrong? By continually rejecting our natural impulses and embracing the Atonement, we can lose the desire to sin and gain the desire to do good continually (see Mosiah 5:2).

Why do good people do bad things?

Often the reason they do bad things is because they have been hurt or even brainwashed by an actually Bad Person. So what you’re seeing is not the good person, but actually a reflection of the bad person from this good person’s past, usually a bad parent or bad family member.

Do bad people have good intentions?

Bad People, on the other hand, usually have bad intentions. On rare occasions, bad people will have good intentions. However, this is very rare. More frequently, bad people will do good things with bad intentions. This definitely does not make them a good person. They are a bad person at their very core.

Not to mention, bad is subjective. Bad for you might not be bad for someone else. Remember, messing up, making mistakes, all of that just means you’re human. You’re a human being who is imperfect. It’s okay to realize that. You are still deserving of love and health and satisfaction.
