Does Indian army use night vision goggles?

At present, the Indian Defence Services are poorly equipped with the night vision devices. Out of the three Defence Services, the Indian Army alone has a requirement of over 30,000 third generation NVDs to meet its requirements as per the present war establishment (WE) authorisation.
