Does marketing or HR pay better?

While Marketing traditionally pays higher salaries than HR, this is changing in some corporate environments. More and more successful companies are inviting human resource professionals into the C suite. A Chief Human Resource Office can make over $153,000 annually.

Which has more scope HR or finance?

HR in my personal opinion doesn’t provide more job opportunities as compared to Marketing and Finance. You can can get jobs in the placement cell or the recruitment cells of the companies. Finance is definitely a good option if you are better with your accounts and numbers. This also has better job prospects.

Is finance better than marketing?

MBA in Finance has more job opportunities in areas such as banks, investment and portfolio management firms, accounts departments of companies etc. On the other hand, MBA in Marketing has job opportunities in areas such as brand management, advertising, sales departments etc.

Is HR and finance a good combination?

HR and finance’s ability to work together and understand each other’s role can be critical to your organization. Finance helps allocate resources to support an organization’s goals, maintaining a balance between costs and revenue. HR hires, recruits and motivates people to advance those same goals.

Should I go for marketing or finance after a BBA?

It depends on what interests you. If you are planning to do a job after the BBA degree, then I would suggest going for Marketing/HR because there are very few companies who would hire a BBA (Finance) as they can get someone from B.Com/M.Com to do the same with more accuracy due to their in-depth knowledgeable of the subject.

What is the scope of a BBA degree?

BBA is Bachelor of Business Administration, a bachelor’s degree programme. It provides job opportunities in numerous sectors such as marketing , Education, Finance, Sales,etc. It is a three year professional undergraduate course in business management.

Should I major in marketing or finance as a fresher?

Marketing will fetch you more money and experience as a fresher, by the end of BBA you will be able to decide what will be your cup of tea in MBA. Do you like to play with numbers? If yes, then do major in finance. Marketing is all about creativity.
