Does Stannis know about Jon Snow?

Stannis didn’t know Jon Snow’s true parentage but it doesn’t sound like he believed the story that Jon was a bastard. Even Melisandre sensed something more about Jon in season 5.

After saving the Night’s Watch from Mance Rayder ‘s wildling army in the Battle of Castle Black, Stannis marches on Winterfell. With conditions growing desperate, Stannis ultimately chooses to burn his daughter, Shireen Baratheon, to melt the snows away and clear his path to Winterfell.
