Knoxville was recently listed as the 36th worst city to live in in the country based on an analysis from 24/7 Wall Street. As someone who has lived in East Tennessee my entire life and Knoxville for seven years, this shocked me. As it turns out, Knoxville was ranked on the same list in 2016 at No. 30.
