How do I archive employees in ADP Workforce Now?

To Archive Terminated Employees

  1. Select Setup > System > Processes > Archive Terminated Employees.
  2. Select an employer from the list.
  3. The process archives all terminated employees whose termination dates fall prior to the effective date you enter in the dialog box.
  4. Click OK to begin the process.
