  1. put the song in arrangement view, then double click to edit clip.
  2. right click set 1:1 here on the first kick drum.
  3. drag start point back to the start (sometimes this is all u have to do)
  4. line up every 4 bars with a grid line by using yellow warp markers.
  5. in arrangement, make sure that first kick drum falls on a grid line.
