  2. good culture.
  3. class schedule.
  4. quality of instruction (who is actually teaching the classes? Not always the owner/blackbelt, and not all great practitioners are great teachers)
  5. showers.
  6. number of upper belts.
  7. weight training/MMA/Muay Thai/Judo etc.
