How do I stop AT from automatically adding data?

As long as you stay on your plan, no there is no way to disable the automatic overage. You can, of course, either turn cellular data off on your phone or disable data through your account, but you can’t stop the automatic addition of 1GB if you go over. You might want to switch to one of the current plans.
