Counter skirms with Brits in feudal: DONT ENGAGE. Try to avoid his skirms, get to the castle age. If he decides to attack your villagers with skirms, simply build a tower. once castle, a knight or two will be more than enough to clear the whole army off the map.

As Britons the only way you can beat the Goths is take them out of the game before mid-late imperial as you will always lose the trash war due to their insane production speed and cheaper units.
