The best way to reach Red Skin Island is by Traveling via road. It is about 18 km (18.2 km to be exact) from Port Blair, the capital city of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You can catch a bus from the Port Blair STS bus station to Wandoor village. The nearest village to the Island, and ferries are available from there.
