How long can you be on ADOS orders?

ADOS orders can last 1 day or in some cases years, although the latter has become very rare since the GWOT operation tempo has decreased and budgets are being reigned in.

Is annual tour considered active duty?

4. Active Duty. Full-time duty in the active service of a Uniformed Service, including full time training duty, annual training duty, full-time National Guard duty, and attendance, while in the active service, at a school designated as a Military Service school by law or by the Secretary concerned.

What extended military leave?

This is an unpaid leave in a manner consistent with applicable Arizona Revised Statutes and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). Extended active duty is defined as a period of more than 30 calendar days.

How much Bah will I receive?

In general, the amount of BAH you receive depends on your location, pay grade, and whether you have dependents. Under most circumstances, you receive BAH for the location where you are assigned, not where you live. Additionally, you may be entitled to some BAH amounts if you are residing separately from your dependents.
