How long do you go to jail for drugs in India?

Punishment under NDPS Act in small quantity, is rigorous imprisonment up to one year, or fine up to ten thousand rupees, or both[ix]. Whereas if the quantity is between small and commercial, punishment is rigorous imprisonment up to ten years and fine up to one lakh rupees[x].
