How long does it take for ADP to hire?
30 to 60 days time to hire and it is a very solid process. They are looking for the best. 2-6 weeks. Depends on role and what type of process will be handled for that role type.
What does it mean if you are the first candidate to be interviewed?
Beyond the primacy bias, hiring managers may remember the first interviewee simply because they are more fresh and alert at the beginning of the hiring process. Schedule one of the best candidates first in the interview process to encourage hiring managers to notice them. If not, the best candidate may just get lost.

You will be interviewed by either Team Lead or the Manager of the team you would be taken into. You have two options: 1) To get referred by an employee already working for ADP. 2) Walk-ins: which are usually published in the journals or newspapers. There wer 3 rounds:aptitude,technical and hr.
