How many attempts are there for Bar Council of India?

There will be no restriction on numbers of attempts. All candidates those completed their bachelor’s degree in LL. B after 1st July 2014 onwards will be eligible to apply irrespective of their enrollment for more than two years as an advocate on a State Bar Council.

Can I give Aibe after 2 years?

Ans – Yes, if you are registered with the state bar council, you can practice law before clearing AIBE. However, in such a case, you will have to clear AIBE within two years from the date of registration at the state bar council.

Is enrollment necessary for Aibe exam?

To appear in the AIBE XVI (16) 2021, the candidate must be a graduate in law. Undergraduates are not allowed to take the exam. There are no minimum marks criteria for appearing in the AIBE exam. Registration with a State Bar Council is mandatory.
