How many pushups do you have to do for the Air Force?

While exact physical requirements will vary based on gender and age, anyone taking the Air Force physical fitness assessment must make at least an overall score of 75 — and achieve the minimum score in each component….New Air Force Basic Training Fitness Standards.

Do you do push ups everyday in basic training?

It really varies depending on your drill sergeant. I recommend preparing for basic training by doing lots of pushups, so you will be able to do at least 100 pushups per day if you need to. You may need to do more. You can definitely develop a decent upper body that does nothing but push-ups.

Do you come home after Air Force basic training?

The Air Force doesn’t grant leave, or real vacation time, following Air Force Basic Military Training. On the Monday following graduation, you’ll process out of basic training and proceed directly to your technical school.
