How many times should I train Muay Thai a week?

Typically you should start training Muay Thai around 2-4 times a week. Training Muay Thai will still put stress on your muscles but the difference is your muscles were USED to being under stress; from weights or your previous martial arts training.

Is it okay to learn Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu at the same time?

While you can do both Muay Thai and BJJ at the same time when starting, it doesn’t allow the extra time for extra training which can help safeguard you against injury. It also doesn’t allow you to train more sessions of just one martial art which will help you get better faster.
