If it really is 25 Mbps, that means it is shared by however many devices are active, they don’t all get 25 Mbps. That said, I have 25 Mbps service with many devices connected but rarely stream video from more than 1 device so I can’t say how well it will support 3 devices. You can stream HD at about 6 Mbps, so it may well handle 3 devices.

What is 25 MPs?

25 Mbps is the minimum broadband speed as defined by the FCC. 25 Mbps may be adequate for a single user or multiple users with light use. Remember, Internet bandwidth is shared. The more users and devices that you have, the more Internet speed you will require.
