If a human had strength “equivalent” to that of an ant, he could lift 2000 (maybe even 10,000) pounds over his head. Or, to put it another way, if an ant were as big as a human it could lift 2000 or more pounds over its head.

Is it possible for ants to kill a human?

Some, like the Maricopa harvester ant, will kill you fast by poison: it only takes a few hundred stings for this ant to kill a human [compared to 1,500 for honeybees, assuming you are not allergic], and once one stings you, the others will follow [they smell the alarm pheromones in the sting], so death will be fast.

Is it possible for an ant to be larger than you?

The other answers have pointed out why a large ant wouldn’t be possible. They are completely right; an ant the size of a human wouldn’t be able to survive (due to breathing, the Square-cube law, muscle ratios and other problems). That isn’t very useful for comparing speeds though, the best way to do that is use a different unit than normal.
