How was all might able to beat All For One?

To defeat All For One, he was able to tap into his deepest power and go beyond 100\% of his strength to use the United States of Smash.

Why does all might transform when he uses one for all?

All Might was initially thin, as shown in the manga. However, after receiving One for All, his body was trained, and it became big enough to hold all of the power. His muscles were trained and ready to receive 100\% of One for All and, therefore, resulted in his buff muscular form.

Is it true that All For One is DEKU’s dad?

No. Deku’s father hasn’t been shown yet, but he has a fire-breathing Quirk. I doubt that All For One would conceive any children.

How is All-Might able to transform into his “strong form”? A theory is that muscle form is the former body of All Might in his prime. As One for All is a quirk that stockpiles power, he has access to his former stockpiled power. When he loses One for All, he is not able to maintain it any longer.

All Might was the eighth holder of the One For All Quirk after receiving it from Nana Shimura. After using up all the embers of One For All to defeat All For One, All Might retired and ended his era as the world’s greatest hero.

So a more controlable power combined with greater physical ability would explain why All Might was able to use the full power of One for All. Seems to be, pardon the pun, a quirk of his body. Narratively it’s to show him and Deku being opposite.

Both All Might and his main rival, All For One, are disabled in their own ways. All Might suffered a major injury at the hands of All For One, causing significant organ damage.

All Might is considered to be in his prime right before being injured by AFO, which happed 6 years before he passed OFA on to Deku All Might was by far the one who increased the stockpiled power in OFA the most. OFA was a lot stronger when Deku inherited it, and Deku was also weaker than All Might was at his age.
