How would you describe Eren Jaeger?

Eren expresses his desire to kill the Titans Eren is best described as hardheaded, strong-willed, passionate, and impulsive, which are attributes of both his strong determination to protect mankind and eventually escape the Walls.

Is Eren Yeager a good character?

Eren Yeager is a psychologically coherent character because even if you don’t empathize with him, you can see how his world created him and how he belongs to it. Let’s go back to another “good” fantasy protagonist: Guts. But what makes him a great protagonist is not just his ferocity.

Why do I love Eren?

Eren is a truly fantastic and genuine character and he brings out the best in people (including me) and is able to inspire everyone around him. Eren is a great friend, the best friend anyone could possibly have and he is always there for his friends no matter what, even when it means protecting them with his own life.

This made Eren realize that he has been trapped behind a wall with no freedom. From there, he decided to get his freedom by killing Titans outside the walls who took his freedom away. Freedom became a main core of his ideology as he believe people who born are free and he will kill anyone who takes away his freedom.

Eren Jaeger is unique in that he is arguably one of the least intelligent characters at the start of the series. As a cadet he repeatedly acts without thinking, putting himself and his fellow cadets in harm’s way.

Why is Eren the best protagonist?

Eren is one of the greatest protagonists of all time because despite choosing genocide, he´s a character who one can relate too. His actions and the reasoning behind him are in my opinion very grounded and make a lot of sense.

Canon. Eren is shown to believe in freedom and have some sort of obsession with it. This made Eren realize that he has been trapped behind a wall with no freedom. From there, he decided to get his freedom by killing Titans outside the walls who took his freedom away.
