Is a BSc Hons better than BSc?

A Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree is considered to be superior to the Bachelor of Science degree. The Bsc (Hons) is considered to be, academically, more standard than the ordinary Bsc degree. One can also see that, in order to get a job, a Bsc (hons) degree is more beneficial than a Bsc degree.

Does having an Honours degree make a difference?
