Is AAA good in all states?

As a AAA member, you are eligible to receive service anywhere in the United States and Canada. If you are unable to obtain service from AAA in a covered area, you may obtain service from another provider and apply for Roadside Assistance Reimbursement from AAA.

What does Triple A get you?

Classic members receive standard benefits such as roadside assistance, member discounts, and access to AAA Insurance and vacation planning. Eligible vehicles include most passenger cars, trucks, SUVs and vans. Student Members receive the benefits of the level of membership purchased at a reduced rate.

What does AAA do for cars?

Everything from towing your broken-down vehicle to unlocking it to changing a flat tire or dead battery, AAA provides this assistance through local private towing companies contracted by the AAA club. All plans get towing, battery service, tire change, out of fuel service, lockout, and even stuck vehicle service.

What do I need to get AAA car insurance in California?

To receive these services, the registered owner must be a AAA Member and present the following: current active AAA Membership card, valid California driver’s license or identification card, and your DMV paperwork. Please visit the nearest AAA branch for DMV services.* Cash, credit card or debit card payments are accepted for DMV transactions.

Can I use AAA for DMV services?

Can I pay for a CA DMV transaction by credit card?

Cash, credit card or debit card payments are accepted for DMV transactions. Effective March 1, 2021, a surcharge of up to 1.72\% will be charged by AAA NCNU when you pay for a CA DMV transaction by credit card. This surcharge is charged to help cover our costs for processing credit card payments that are made for CA DMV transactions.
