Is Aon Hewitt a good company to work for?

Overall Aon is a very nice place to work. I would recommend the company to anyone in search of employment. I worked in a team of 3 others at the end of the day the team and management came together to discuss productivity and concerns with the customers.

What is it like working for Aon?

I have loved working at Aon. The offices are all so friendly, bright, clean and well decorated. The staff here are all kind and generally tend to socialise a lot across business units. The benefits package is brilliant and the flexible working is exactly what you’re after!
