Pro: Arizona State University puts a fire to your Butt to ensure you grow academically, socially, and professionally. Having so many kids on campus helps you learn how to communicate with people you normally would never talk to. This school is tough in this regard but you must be strong to carry on.

All this is to get at what many others have been saying in their answers: ASU (and probably any school) is what you make of it, to some extent. While Arizona State in particular has a party reputation, that’s really just the squeaky wheel.
How hard is ASU Online?
This is a known state university, not some for profit diploma mill school. So get ready to study as hard or even harder as you would if you attended classes on campus. I found lots of my courses very challenging and had to hire a tutor for a few of them. ASU Online is always expanding.
What are the pros and cons of the University of Arizona?
Pros: State of the art research, about 10k a year, tons of resources and opportunities, good transportation, 4 campuses across AZ, classes are stupidly easy. Cons: Classes are stupidly easy, some professors are stupid, the labs are nothing more than busy work with terrible equipment.
