Is Bench period safe in Accenture?

There is no standard bench period in Accenture. Until you get in to a project you will stay in bench. During that time the bench manager will help you to get in to a project according to your skill. There use to be 1 month cooling period when you are on bench.

How many days you can be on bench in Accenture?

Accenture employee: If you are roll off from your project and you have not assign to any project, you will be on bench. Now you will have 15 days window as Cooling period. After cooling period, Accenture will start send warning mail on any refusal.
