Is biomedical or chemical engineering better?

If you want something exclusive to one or the other, that makes the choice easier. But if you’re not interested in biomedical engineering, chemical engineering may well be better for you. If you love biology, chemical engineering won’t be right for you unless you turn it into a strong biochemical focus.

The Chemical Engineer is the original Biomedical Engineer and all of the basics of Chemical Engineering science go into Biomedical Engineering. Of course, there is a lot of chemistry that goes into Biomedical Engineering as well.
