Is BMM better than BMS?

Both the courses you mentioned i.e BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) and BMS (Bachelors in Management Studies) are good to pursue and both these offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities. Lucrative careers are available for BMS graduates in many fields.

Can we do BMM for event management?

Yes, you can surely go for post graduation in event management after BMM. The candidate must have at least 60\% aggregate marks in graduation.
