Is Boy Scouts a good extracurricular activity?

Being a scout is an extracurricular and is not, in and of itself, service. Some of the actions you take as a scout would qualify as service though. For example: food drives, your Eagle project, etc. So, list Scout as an activity, and specific services projects under service.
