Is BSF and Indian Army same?

Forces like BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF and SSB which come under Ministry of Home Affairs were earlier considered paramilitary forces, but from March 2011 have been reclassified as Central Armed Police Forces to avoid confusion, You must know that these forces are totally different form Indian Army.

How many days earned leave can be accumulated?

300 days
vii. The maximum amount of Earned Leave that can be granted to a member of the staff at a time shall be 180 days. viii. EL may be taken at a time up to 300 days as leave preparatory to retirement.

How long can I stay outside the UK on an ILR?

If you stay outside the UK, Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey), for 2 or more years at a time your ILE or ILR will automatically end.

When does my settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme end?

If you have been granted settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, your leave will automatically end if you stay outside the UK, Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey) for 5 or more years. If this happens you will need to apply for entry clearance as a returning resident before coming back to live in the UK.

When can indindefinite leave be taken away?

Indefinite leave can also be taken away (revoked) if you: are liable to deportation but cannot be removed for legal reasons, such as the UK’s obligations under the Refugee Convention or the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)

What happens if my BRP is lost or stolen abroad?

If your BRP is lost or stolen abroad, you must apply for a short-term single-entry visa to come back to the UK and then report it to the Home Office. You will then need to apply for a replacement BRP. Use the BRP replacement service to do this. You are free to work in the UK in any business, profession or employment, including self-employment.
