Is CAT tough for BSc students?

CAT(common admission test). It is not at all difficult exam. Students from all streams do an MBA be it be doctor , ca , engineer , whether you opt Ba , BSc , or bcom in your graduation. It hardly matters what have you studied in graduation.

Can I give CAT after BSc?

Yes, you can apply for CAT in the 3rd year i.e. final year of your B.Sc. Graduation Degree. CAT – Common Admission Test, is an entrance exam conducted by IIM(Indian Institute of Management) for admission to 2 years Post Graduation MBA(Master of Business Administration) course in IIMs.

Even from investment point of view, if you are completely dedicated to go for CAT and have to choose between BSc and BTEch, I will advice you to go for BSc because it is much cheaper to pursue a degree in pure sciences in India but much more expensive to go for Engineering and at the end it doesn’t really matter what academic background you had.

Is a BTech better than a BSc?
